In the amidst of the chaos going around him The king realized he need to speed thing in the campaigns faster. He summons his younger brother. He orders his brother to act as his proxy as he cannot leave the capital or the vaster realm for the Evya commune so he will his proxy in the southern campaign. The prince argues that he has the family lord-dom to run. The king argues outsourcing administration is not technically running a region. The kings shuts the argument by claiming he should now grow up and learn to do some duties as expected so this is the chance he's providing him. The king then proceeds to further explain that he's setting his twin sister to running of the hereditary Lord-dom. The prince will be joining the commander in the Omatikaya lands.

The prince and his aides are shown their lodging. The aides call the dwelling very spacious. The prince call the place surprisingly small. The prince in a rage calls heads to the Commander's place. He's instructed that he lives on the 4 th floor. The princes walks to the fourth floor. He sees the Commander sleeping on the floor. The hears the door slapped. He wakes up shocked and he sees the Prince. The commander is in a confusion. The commander argues that there is no good enough space for you hear so can the prince share a room in the barracks. They will move the prince some days later in the new complex the architects have not finished the drainage issues. They got other things done and will complete the drainage till today midnight.

The prince now unsatisfied started wandering around the region where his supposed abode lies. The prince sees a half made house leaking water right left and center, half drowned people in a ditch trying to calculate what went wrong.
