The man argues the King in Soum demands the men responsible of the dead Soum Navi.
He wishes to perpetrators.
The Tayrangi argue they just have punished the wrongdoings of their men.
The man argues that "making equipment, getting supplies off the land, hunting game is not evil it's basic"
The Tayrangi argue It's against evil. The Soum emissary argue he's not for a theology they have priests for that so they can argue with them after extraditing the men responsible.
The Tayrangi argue against his beliefs in Evya.
The Soum messenger asks one last time "Do I get the men or not".
He leaves without the men. He declares to his superiors the barbarians have rejected the decision of the King. The Minister of war says "It's plan B boys It's plan B".
He commands his two commanders to take a small naval fleet and an aerial one to essentially enforce the will of the king.

The Soum high command decides to go in a better way. They argue against the obvious choice of sending a fleet and bombarding the coast to rubble. Some argue there's is no other option. The Commander of the aerial core points they should focus on aerial superiority since the Tayrangi are master of air. The naval option is quite questionable since they need the leadership and some of people for trade.
They should have a next generation for if the King decides to conquer the land. The are confused for the next strategy they should follow.
The captain of the naval-core suggests to reduce the size of turtle-boats to 8 instead of
the proposed 18 turtle-boats.
The captain argues this will buther entire population. Little or no one will be remain for making a trade argument. The King will hang the entire officer core in the room.
The officer core discuses for some time and goes for a 300 men of the aerial-corps, 10 turtle-ships for heavy bombardment and 1 galleon.

Th commander estimates a week to a fortnight to reach the Tayrangi shores. The final draft comes up it's 10 turtle-boats, 1 galleon and 1 carrier for aero-corps beasts connected to galleon.
A big ball of cannon fire comes and thrashes a house on cliff on the Tayrangi shores. The Tayrangi are confused. What was that thing. They start flying. On the horizon they see a big fleet of 10 turtle ship and two galleons(a big and small).

The Tayrangi refuses. The commander signals for a naval bombardment.

The aftermath of the war is essentially rubble. The dead bodies lie around the men. The commander of naval corps walks over these bodies over these dead men. The aerial-core commander agues for giving them a fuenral. The commander of the naval core argues for there are nuances. The captain looks the leadership in the eye and said "I did said I will come back and you will regret it. Do you regret it"
The aerial commander calls to the leadership "How do you burn the dead??"
The Tayrangi leadership argues "Why you wanna provide last rights to our dead"
The Aerial Commander argues "Cause it's what you do after a war".
The Naval Commander argues "Do We have to really just give them the bodies let them do it on their own It will be a hustle."
The captain asks who of you is the leader.
The aerial commander says "It's I okay you caught me I have to do the diplomatic boring work"
The aerial commander "In the name of King in Soum -> Pel'sev Th'shak Sev'nr I take the Evya site and cecced the rights to the crown You may take our trade or die another time"
The Tayrangi leadership knows what a no would mean. They ceded the rights to Evya site to the crown.
The treaty is named the "The Mule affair" since the everything happened cause the Tayrangi decided the Captain's mule were a good enough reason for starting a month long war.
