Quaritch meets General

Colonel Miles Quaritch learns of this new kind of Navi that has build an entire city. The city looks roman but is made upon 23 islands each island joined by bridges and things. They are farming, building tools, maintaining arms, etc.

Quaritch touches his blue skin and instructs waynefleet his aide and says "We are blue Lyle let us visit these roman navi".

Quaritch finds a small fishing boat that is fishing in the open seas.
Quaritch calls the men the men looks towards. One of these fisherman sees Quaritch and tells his mates "Hey some weirdo is shouting at us". One of his mates tells him "Our axes are sharp let's visit the man".

The navi come to Quaritch rowing their longboat towards him. Quaritch tries talking them in Navi. The men clearly don't know in Navi.
One of them says to his mates I will try understanding this man I have some hands on classical language. The man speaks an accented broken Navi. This negotiation goes for around 2 hrs. They use a mix of broken navi language and sign language. The rowers decide to take Quaritch and friends to the General for exchange of some gold.

Quaritch takes the boat and agrees for the payment. The men offer a piece of cigarette to Avatars. Quaritch tell the men how amazing they are for smoking, drinking and doing sane addictions.

They talk on a number of topics in the boat. The men reach the base of the General. They tie their boat and instruct Quaritch to sit on the port.

One of the soldiers sitting on the port see the Avatars sitting the boat. He points to both of them. He asks his friend Who are these weirdos Why are they wearing children's clothing. His friend asks him "Will these weirdos dance if we throw some money". Another man appears from backside and asks them "Don't you wonder the most important thing. Why is that guy bald. Maybe he's plague inflected. Think about it everyone knows it only plagues causes loss of hair".

The port manager asked the men who is the plague affected guy is to the fishermen. The guys said he's Quaritch the captain keeps talking of. He's here. The Port Manager looks at Quaritch and says "Nah, I think you have been fooled He looks like some dancer on a street Look at him he's wearing kids' clothing".

The Captain is informed about the Quaritch guy He asks his juniors to device ways to know if he's really Quaritch.

The Captain sends an aide The calls to the Port Manager "Hey send the two four fingers in children's clothing to the Captain".

Quaritch talks to the Captain for hours. He asks the Navi what are their aims are. The Captain asks Quaritch "How much you know of this Sully guy We heard you fought him twice" Quaritch confirms their assumptions. The Soum Commander enters the room and asks Quaritch. What is his authority over the human residence and why they should trust him. Quaritch understands that this Navi faction understands war, conquest, politics and other nuanced very deeply with a good grasp than other Navi. He smiles and nods his heads. He argues that he can provide the Soum a deal they cannot refuse.

Quaritch asks to present this deal to the general. The officer core calls a emergency meeting and discusses the offer with the General. General allows for an audience with Quaritch. Quaritch appears on the General's base some days later. The General meets Quaritch. Quaritch shouts at the general. The conscripts on the out of the building gather around to hear the rucks. They translate as Quaritch insulting the General. They prepare to ambush Quaritch the moment he comes out of the building. A young conscript climbs up a water container and aims at Waynefleet. A horde of conscript prepares their muskets.

The General hears all this rukus and comes out of the building with a hand around Quaritch's shoulder. The General says to his men that they are clearly misunderstood. He orders them to disperse.

A captain asks the General why they agreed for a deal with Quartich he's a human in Navi form. The general replies they have to pramatic. They can get the benefits of the deal and can kill Quaritch easily in the aftermath of the deal.
